A FEW HINTS ON HOW TO ORDER....
Shopping
If you've found in our e-shop something you'd like to buy, view details of the products by clicking on the picture. Confirm the quantity, and design that you want, then click the ADD TO BASKET button. To continue shopping, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button or use the left hand side menu.
You can review and delete the items in your basket at any time. The basket icon is located at the right hand corner on each page.
When you're ready to proceed to the checkout, go to the SHOPPING BASKET, check the items in the basket and then choose Delivery and Payment method. Click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT and fill out your delivery address and your contact details.
After you've placed your order, we’ll send you an email confirming that it has been received. If any if your order details are missing or unclear, we will contact you by email or telephone to double check the details.
Delivery methods
In store pick up - Pick up your order at our store in Prague 3 (see contacts for opening hours).
PPL – This company is one of the leading providers of parcel transportation. PPL delivers every working day between 9am-7pm. You can not arrange exact delivery times. However, PPL delivers to both business and residential addresses. Delivery time is following working day from the day of dispatch.
Czech Post - We only recommend this method of delivery if you prefer your parcel to be stored at your local post office. The Czech Post will store your parcel for 7 working days and will leave a delivery notice in your mail box. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.
Payment methods
Paypal – Paypal is a very convenient, secure way to send money worldwide, especially for those who have experience with this tool and even better for those who have already set up their paypal account. However, if you do not have an account with Paypal and do not feel like obtaining one, you may still use the Paypal option at flamingopark without the need to set up an account. All transactions are made directly through the Paypal payment site. We do not have access to your details. Paypal gives you two options; Pay by credit card, or send money from your paypal account. There are no transaction fees for this service.
Money Transfer – if you choose this option, you will be informed of our bank details. Please note that it sometimes takes a few days to transfer money between two different banks. Make sure you process the transfer as soon as you can to avoid your order being cancelled. We will contact you if no payment is received within 7 days of you placing the order. However, if we repeatedly can not get hold of you, your order will be cancelled.
Cash on delivery - pay for your items once you receive them either at your local Post office or to the PPL company. Not applicable to orders received outside the Czech Republic.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost within the Czech Republic varies from 79 CZK to 119 CZK depending on the delivery and payment method you choose. For purchases above 3000 CZK we deliver free of charge.
Delivery to other EU countries
If you wish to deliver your order outside the Czech Republic, we will notify you about different methods of delivery, payment and shipping cost (depending on the country, goods purchased etc). We will inform you by e-mail. To avoid custom clearance, we only send orders within EU countries.
Gift delivery
If you are choosing a gift for your loved one and do not have time to give it to him/her personally, please email us and we will handwrite a message of your choice and send it directly to the name and address you specify. We will also assume that you would like to have it nicely presented. We will gift wrap your item in our beautiful handmade tissue paper. This extra service is free of charge assuming that you send your purchase to one person only.
Packing
Flamingopark provides packing free of charge. All our products are carefully packed before dispatch. We use a delivery services that takes responsibility for any damage caused to the package and its contents. However, it is in your interest to check the package condition upon arrival. Should you notice any sign of damage, advice the dispatch company immediately. By accepting the package you are approving that the dispatched company has fulfilled their conditions. Flamingopark will not take any responsibility in this matter and will not consider such a case a claim.
Return policy
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days from receiving the item. We will make an exchange or refund (excluding postage you paid for both sending and returning). Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Privacy policy
Flamingopark respects your privacy. We guarantee that your personal details such as your name, email address etc. remain confidential and will not be provided to any third party. In order to process orders online, we need information including your billing address, email address and payment details. By ordering online you give us consent to use your personal details for processing your order, processing your. We treat your personal information as confidential in compliance with the Czech Law.
