Can I telephone to place an order?
No, flamingopark is an internet-only shop. However, we are contactable by email or phone to give assistance and answer any queries you may have.
Is it possible to see the products in person rather then buying them over the internet?
Yes, you can come to our FlamingoPark store-showroom and buy directly there. The address is: Vlkova 11, Prague 3 -Žižkov.
Do you accept orders from outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. We accept orders from other EU countries. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you about different methods of delivery, payment and shipping cost (depending on the country, goods purchased etc). We will inform you by e-mail. To avoid custom clearance, we only send orders within EU countries.
How much does delivery cost in the Czech Republic?
Shipping cost within the Czech Republic varies from 79 CZK to 119 CZK depending on the delivery and payment method you choose. For purchases above 3000 CZK we deliver free of charge.
How long does the delivery take?
We use two different delivery companies. You can choose the one that is more convenient. PPL delivers the next working them from the day of dispatch. Czech Post delivers within 7 working days from the day of dispatch. The choice of delivery and form of payments will be offered to you half way through the ordering process.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
The delivery service we use requires a signature in order for the goods to be handed over. If you choose to use the Czech Post services, they will leave a notification card in your letter box and store your parcel at your local post office. If you choose to deliver via PPL, you will be contacted by the delivery man to arrange the delivery time. Please make sure you will provide us with a correct mobile number.
What happens if I don't like the items?
Our 14-day guarantee means that if you're not totally happy with your flamingopark items, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving them. We strongly recommend that you use Registered Post when returning the items as flamingopark will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged while in transit. How secure is flamingopark?
Our purchase application is secured with protocol SSL. All data is safe and untraceable. Your registration details are also secure, so if you don’t tell anyone your login details, you don’t have to worry. You can also change your password anytime you wish.
