I. Orders
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Flamingopark s.r.o. will take place once we have dispatched the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we will not accept your order. If an order is not accepted, it may be because the product you have ordered is unavailable. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. Flamingopark reserves the rights to cancel orders that haven’t met all requirements.
II. Availability
Flamingopark is kept as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after having received your order. If this happens and you have paid for your products, we will refund you the money without delay.
III. Pricing policy
Flamingopark s.r.o. reserves the rights to change prices of products sold in this e-shop. The price advertised at the time of your order is the price to be paid. All invoices will be sent to billing address and not the delivery address if the named recipient of the order differs.
IV. Description of products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content, change prices described in it, at any time without notice. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
V. How to cancel an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@flamingopark.cz, and include the following: Customer name, order number, date of order. Please be advised that if you decide to cancel an order once payment has been received into our account, we will need to charge you 5% of the total amount to cover the cost of bank transaction fees. If your order has already been dispatched to you, please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy.
VI. Returns / exchange policy
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@flamingopark.cz prior to sending your return. The buyer (you) is responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt. We also strongly encourage you to insure the parcel. The postal address is: Flamingopark s.r.o., Čajkovského 26, 13000 Prague 3, Czech Republic.
Your returned item(s) will be accepted, provided:
- The product(s), is returned to our address within 14 days from receiving your parcel.
- The product(s), is returned in perfect condition and is still in its original packaging. Labels, stickers and anything else that came with the item.
- Original invoice and delivery list accompanies the returned item(s).
- Returned items show no sign of usage. Products have no sign of damage – refer to ‘Faulty Products’.
VII. Faulty Products
Many of the items we sell are handmade, slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product. However, if a product arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it. Be aware that Flamingopark s.r.o. does not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery. The buyer (you) is obligated to check the condition of the goods immediately upon accepting delivery. Should you notice any sign of damage, advice the dispatch company immediately. By accepting the parcel you are approving that the dispatched company has fulfilled their conditions.
Please contact us prior to returning a faulty product. We will first provide you with a return authorization number then you can send the faulty product back to us. The buyer (you) is responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt. We also strongly encourage you to insure the parcel.
Your returned item(s) will be accepted for consideration, provided:
- The product(s), is returned with its original packaging, labels, stickers and anything else that came with the item.
- All other necessary documents as Original invoice, Return authorization number, Written description of faults are provided.
Flamingopark s.r.o. deals with each return case with out necessary delays. However, the claim process may take up to 30 days from receiving the item back at our postal address. The claim will not be accepted, if the goods were damaged by careless handling or improper usage, during delivery or by natural hazards.
VI. Privacy Policy
Flamingopark respects your privacy. We guarantee that your personal details such as your name, email address etc. remain confidential and will not be provided to any third party. In order to process orders online, we need information including your billing address, email address and payment details.
We hold your personal details on a secure database. By ordering online you give us consent to use your personal details for processing your order, processing your payment, arranging delivery, and retaining your purchasing details for statistical analysis.
